Fenerbahçe soars while Bournemouth plummets in fan mood report

The prevailing narrative this week is one of stability illusion. Despite a relatively low global average delta, the data reveals pronounced shifts within specific fanbases. This indicates that while the aggregated sentiment appeared orderly, club-level emotion fractured, leading to significant gains and losses that were not reflected in the broader market. The week was characterized by mixed signals, with measured shifts for some and dramatic reversals for others.

Fan Sentiment Index

The table showed mixed directional signals with no dominant trend. The Global Average Score settled at 54.77, with a Global Average Delta of -0.54. The Global Volatility Index registered 6.16, categorized as Low, further contributing to the perception of a calm week despite underlying turbulence.

Real Sociedad's fan mood diverged sharply, indicated by a -17.7 proxy score, suggesting sentiment fell below on-pitch expectations. Bournemouth also saw fan sentiment drop significantly with a -10.5 proxy, contrasting with their performance baseline. Dinamo Zagreb's fan mood declined notably, with a -10.9 proxy, despite recent activity that might have suggested otherwise.

Highlight Team of the Week
