If you create an account, we store your email address, a one-way password hash, security session records and the clubs you choose to follow. Passwords are not stored in plain text. This information is used to authenticate you and provide your personal My Clubs dashboard.
If you join early access, we store your email address, selected club, user type and the time you consented. Club requests can include a club, league, requested source improvements and an optional email. Contact messages include the name, email, subject and message you provide.
Submitted information is used to respond to messages, review club requests, understand product interest and, where you have consented, send occasional product updates. Club Sentiment does not sell submitted personal information.
The site uses Vercel Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate usage and improve the product. These services may process device, browser, interaction and approximate location information under their own privacy terms.
Club Sentiment analyses publicly available football coverage and public supporter discussion. Published scores and summaries describe aggregate conversation and are not intended to profile private individuals.
Submissions are retained while they remain useful for the purpose described above. You can ask for a submission to be corrected or removed, or withdraw consent for updates, through the contact form. To delete your account, send a request through the contact form from the email address you signed up with.
